What type of cuisine do I cook?

Fresh, local, seasonal and sustainable type foods. I like to use different flavors and cooking techniques from around the world and I love to play with the best quality of ingredient

Do I help consult or do contract work?

I have 20 years of restaurant experience, have opened or been a part of 6 restaurant openings so I have a vast knowledge of what it takes to run a successful business from the ground up.

Will I teach you how to cook?

I love to teach people how to cook and share my passion for food and wine. People are often surprised at how fast they can learn to cook simple fresh food.

How long have I been cooking for?

I took my first cooking class in 1987 at age 10 and never looked back.

What is my signature dish or dishes?

I don't have one specific dish I like to think more then one dimensional.

Where have I worked?

I have worked across Canada and around the world working in private country clubs, boutique hotels, top michelin guide rates restaurants and cooked for a number of private functions and catering events.

How much does my service cost?

Depends on the service you hire me for and whatever the cost you will not be disappointed.

Where would I travel too for business?

Anywhere! I'm based of Vancouver but would travel the world for the right position.
