How long have I been cooking for? I took my first cooking class in 1987 at age 10 and never looked back. |

Where have I worked? I have worked across Canada and around the world working in private country clubs, boutique hotels, top michelin guide rates restaurants and cooked for a number of private functions and catering events. |

Where would I travel too for business? Anywhere! I'm based of Vancouver but would travel the world for the right position. |
